Exchange Policy:
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:You received a damaged product (must report within 24 hours of delivery).
You received the wrong product (different from what was ordered).

You must provide an unboxing video proof shot in one continuous take without any cuts or edits to claim an exchange.
Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
No exchanges are allowed for size, color preference, or change of mind.
